I hate the feeling of being overweight i used to have control of my health of my appearance but now I'm just so busy with the kids with Jesus's doctor appointments with being tired i haven't figured out a way to fit exercise in and when i do something comes up like Jesus gets sick or Esmeralda wakes up at night and I just feel like I'm making up excuses for why i wont but its more like reasons. i just want to find a way to be able to do it all.
Does anyone have this problem? if yes how did you fix it? what can i do?

I also had a hard time with weight after Natalie's birth...the stress of EVERYTHING made it hard. Walking with the stroller was the best for me, but I don't know if your weather is warm enough during the winter. Before getting pregnant this time, I was getting up an hour early to work out before everyone got up. I sleep better when I work out. I need to do this again before someone gets sick and I'm up all night! It does get better after the doctor visits even out. The first year is soooo hard.

My other suggestion is to try to schedule specialists one month apart, instead of everyone in the same month. Not only can it be depressing, but also draining to go to so many doctor visits. At least don't go to 2 docs in the same week if you can avoid it!

I'm right there with you sister! Every time Nathan goes into the hospital, I seem to gain 5 lbs. I sure like Cindy's comment.
